If your order has not yet been dispatched, then we will be able to cancel the order and refund you promptly.
If your order has already left our warehouse, we will require you to either refuse the delivery, or return your order to us under our returns policies.
Once we have received the items back at our warehouse and they have been inspected by our returns team we will be able to process your refund.

- Order number
- Reason for cancelling your order.
Polite Notice - We do not cover the return postage costs. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and sellable condition. Refund & Credit notes are issued within 14 days of return.
