Guarantee of Quality
Mira Showers guarantee products against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
Within the guarantee period we will resolve defects, free of charge, by repairing or replacing parts or modules. To be free of charge, service work must only be undertaken by Mira Showers or our approved agents in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Service under this guarantee does not affect the expiry date of the guarantee. The guarantee on any exchanged parts or product ends when the normal product guarantee period expires.
Not covered by this guarantee:
Damage or defects arising from incorrect installation, improper use, lack of maintenance or system debris, including build-up of limescale.
Damage or defects if the product is taken apart, repaired or modified by any person not authorised by Mira Showers or our approved agents.
Mira Showers will not accept any liability for loss of use of the product or any losses that are indirectly associated with the incident that caused you to claim, unless caused by our negligence or that of our agents. For example, loss of earnings due to time taken off work to deal with the incident will not be covered.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory and other legal rights.

To validate and register your free Mira Showers guarantee simply complete and return the registration form provided with your shower or call FREE on 0800 073 1248.
Registration provides access to:
- FREE 24 hour breakdown number
- FREE callout, parts and labour for the duration of your guarantee
- Mira technicians on call with training, parts and experience to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- What to do if something goes wrong
If when you first use your shower it doesn't function correctly, first contact your installer to check that installation and commissioning are satisfactory and in accordance with the instructions in this manual. We are on-hand to offer you or your installer any advice you may need.
Should this not resolve the difficulty, simply contact our Customer Services who will give every assistance, and if necessary arrange for our service technician to visit. If later the performance of your shower declines, consult this manual to see whether simple home maintenance is required. Please call our Customer Services to talk the difficulty through, request service under guarantee if applicable, or take advantage of our comprehensive After-Sales service.

We maintain an extensive range of spares and aim to provide support throughout the products expected life.
Genuine Mira spares can be purchased through our on-line Parts and Accessories store or direct from Customer Services. Spares will normally be despatched within 2 working days.
All spares purchased direct from us are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. Spares that have been purchased directly can be retuned within one month from the date of purchase, providing that they are in good order and the packaging is unopened. Please telephone customer services for a returns authorisation note. We are unable to accept any spare parts that have been fitted or used; this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note in the interest of safety, spares requiring exposure to mains voltages must only be fitted by competent persons.
Customers requiring spares on next day delivery should call the Customer Service department.
Our Service Force is available to provide a quality service at a reasonable cost. You will have the assurance of a Mira trained technician, genuine Mira spares - and a 12 month guarantee on the repair.
Payment should be made directly to the Service Technician, using credit card.
Shower Breakdown Cover - Extended Protection
Your Mira shower comes with a comprehensive guarantee giving you total protection against the cost of any defect in materials or workmanship for the duration of the guarantee.
Shower Breakdown Cover brought to you by HomeServe, offers you peace of mind long after your guarantee has expired. This covers the cost of breakdown, both parts and labour, on shower and pump units for up to 5 years (including the guarantee period).
