To return your parcel to us using Collect+, first request a return by completing a ticket via the support desk or sending us an email with your details on and the details of the product you wish to return to us and why.
Once we have received this we will email you:
- a returns note for you to print and include in your package
- a Collect+ return label to attached securely to your parcel in order to use the Collect+ service
When you take your parcel to a Collect+ location you will be given a receipt.
