In light of the changing circumstances regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can as an organisation to minimise the impact this has on you and your business. On-going we will ensure we regularly inform you about any changes we are making to help support you and our teams in this challenging and fluid situation.

Our main priority is the health, wellbeing and safety of our employees, as well as our customers and partners worldwide and this is the focus of our immediate changes.

Following UK Government advice to avoid ‘non-essential’ travel and minimise contact with others, our UK Sales & Marketing teams are all ‘working from home’ from today onwards, utilising digital means when and where possible and maintaining communication remotely. Our teams are equipped with the necessary tools to ensure we maintain our strong service levels.

‘The Water Studio’ in Clerkenwell has also been closed from today until further notice, to protect both our employees and customers from any unnecessary contact.

At the Hansgrohe Group level, our production facilities in Germany and customer deliveries continue despite the current progression of the Coronavirus. We are working hard across every aspect of our business to maintain our ability to deliver. Our components and finished goods stores remain full, and, thanks to our in-house manufacturing expertise, the production of the AXOR and hansgrohe products can and will continue along normal schedules. Our UK supply chain is also currently well positioned to service our customer’s needs.

Limitations or changes in circumstance due to external factors can always affect us. All measures and emergency plans have been initiated internally to minimise and mitigate against risk. Since this situation is changing daily, we are constantly adapting and adopting our approach. Should anything change we will inform you accordingly.
