2 Man Delivery - COVID 19

I am writing to let you know about the steps we are taking to safeguard service and continued support in response to COVID-19 outbreak.


We are monitoring guidance on travel and working practices to protect the well being of our staff and maintain customer service.  We are prepared for work at home environments for our office staff where necessary.  Our warehouse and delivery teams will carry additional materials, hand sanitiser and extra gloves where necessary.


We are taking action to cancel existing meetings and ban any non-essential business travel.  Meetings will be executed remotely via conference call or web meeting where possible.


We do not anticipate any disruption to service delivery or support.


Reducing the risk of disease

Any staff member reporting symptoms of the virus will be sent home immediately to isolate, all employees are being advised to wash their hands regularly or use hand sanitiser where needed.


We are taking our responsibility, as an organisation that connects with a lot of customers nationwide extremely seriously, we will continue to evolve our process’s as new information arises to keep everyone safe as much as possible, if there are any updates or changes we will keep you informed.


Contactless Delivery

The most up-to-date recommendations and concerns around social distancing to help prevent the spread of illness.  In order to help you our customers, although unorthodox you can now request contactless deliveries, our teams can arrive knock on the door make visual confirmation with the customer through the door/window and leave the products on the doorstep.  This will require authorisation to be done prior to delivery from yourselves as the delivery note will not be signed.  Photos will also be taken of the product being left.  Please note, if this option is chosen unfortunately Furdeco cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise after delivery has taken place.  We understand this may not be possible/or suitable for a lot of products we deliver but we want to offer as many options as we can to keep business going at this time as it may appeal to some.  The rest of the service will remain the same and will still require a confirmation booking as normal.
