My shower handset is leaking or appears damaged, what do I need to do?

The most common reason for your handset to leak is the washer between the handset and hose. We recommend to check it is still in the correct position and not worn or damaged and that the hose is hand tightened to the handset.

If the washer is worn or damaged you may be able to replace it, if your handset continues to leak you will most likely need to replace the handset.
