Product Guarantee & Reporting a Fault
All products from Taps UK come with at least a 6-month guarantee against manufacturing faults. Some items include a longer guarantee, which will be shown on the product page or in your paperwork.
How to Report a Problem
If something isn’t right, we want to fix it quickly.
Please contact our Support Centre by submitting a ticket through our online help desk.
To help us deal with your case faster, include:

Your sales order number or invoice

A short description of the problem

Photos or a short video showing the issue
The more detail you can give, the quicker we can help. Please note that simply stating an item is “faulty” doesn’t provide enough information for us to assess what’s gone wrong.
Proof of Purchase
Please have your proof of purchase ready when you contact us.
If it’s been over 12 months and you no longer have your receipt or order number, we can look it up for you. A £10 admin fee applies to retrieve older order details.
Replacement Parts
Using non-genuine or third-party parts will void your guarantee, as we can’t confirm the quality or compatibility of those components.
