Collect+ stores are open from very early hours until late into the evening, typically 8am – 9pm, 7 days a week. With Collect+ stores in many locations across the UK and Northern Ireland and with longer opening hours than Post Office stores customers are able to access them at a more convenient time to suit them. The in-store experience is normally very quick and usually avoids long queues.
There is no need to wait in (usually all day) for a courier to hand over the item at the collection address, Collect+ the benefit of being a fully tracked service and is typically quicker than Royal Mail 2nd class packet post.
