Our email confirmation are automatically sent by our system and normally received within 30 minutes of placing an order.
If you have not received your order confirmation email please first check your spam/junk email folders or search for the email address email@example.com as occasionally our emails can go directly to your junk/spam box.
If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email it may be that a typing error was made when originally entering your email address at the checkout. Please contact our support centre with your order number, name, full address and email address so that we can check and update your email address if needed. Once we have your correct and valid email address, we can then email you a duplicate copy of your order confirmation.
