Our products with longer delivery lead-times may also be available for our next day delivery service, this will be listed clearly on the product description page, for next day services an extra charge would apply.
If the next day service is not available, this means that the item is held in stock with the manufacturer or a distributor and the date displayed is the estimated delivery lead-time for the item to arrive at your delivery address. Please note delivery in zones 1a, 2, 3, 4 & 5 may take up to an additional 3 working days.
Items held by a manufacturer or distributor can be delivered to you directly or may come to our warehouse first. Particularly, if they require a specialist fragile courier to ensure they are handled correctly during delivery.
We receive goods on a regular basis from manufacturers and distributors and do our very best to ensure items are delivered within the advertised lead-time. We recommend that you don't book any trades based on the delivery lead-time but to wait until you have received all of your goods.
