Next Working Day Delivery

If you select and pay for Next Working Day Delivery before 2pm, Monday to Thursday, your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following working day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be delivered on Tuesday.

When to expect your order

• Monday before 2pm → Tuesday

• Monday after 2pm → Wednesday

• Tuesday before 2pm → Wednesday

• Tuesday after 2pm → Thursday

• Wednesday before 2pm → Thursday

• Wednesday after 2pm → Friday

• Thursday before 2pm → Friday

• Thursday after 2pm → Monday

• Friday before 2pm → Monday

• Friday after 2pm → Tuesday

• Saturday → Tuesday

• Sunday → Tuesday

How reliable is it?

Our Next Working Day Delivery service is 98% successful. We work closely with our couriers, but delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen issues. For this reason, we cannot promise 100% guaranteed delivery.

If your order does not arrive on the next working day:

• Please contact our support team.

• We will investigate with the courier.

• If applicable, we’ll refund the delivery surcharge you paid for this service.
