My payment has been declined

If your payment has been declined and there are funds held with your bank, then please contact our sales team on 0843 713 0200.  The sales team will take the payment for you.

Payments are most often declined because of a discrepancy in your billing details or because your billing address differs to your delivery address.  We can only deliver goods to the billing address when using the card payment option.

If you do require a separate billing and delivery address you will need to use the PayPal checkout option. Don't worry if you do not have a PayPal account, you can checkout as a Guest if needed.
