My payment has been declined

If your payment has been declined and there are funds held with your bank, then please contact our sales team on 0843 713 0200.  The sales team will take the payment for you.

Payments can often be declined because your billing address differs to your delivery address.  We can only deliver goods to the billing address of a card.

If you wish to have your items delivered to a different address than your billing address, then the only way you can do this is by using Paypal to checkout on our website.

You do not need to have a Paypal account, as you can checkout as a Paypal guest.
