How long does it take to process my refund?

Once the items you are returning back to us have arrived back into our warehouse, they will be inspected by our returns team who will then process your refund. The returns process can take up to 14 working days but we do endeavour to complete it as soon as possible after the items arrive to us.

Your refund will be credited back to the payment account that you made your purchase with.  

• If you paid via a debit or credit card, the transaction can take up to 5 working days. This is due to the bank processing times and unfortunately we are unable to expedite this.

• If you have paid via your PayPal account, the refunded amount will usually appear within 24 hours.
