If you have ordered an incorrect item please contact our support centre as soon as possible, advising us of the incorrect item so that we can attempt to stop your order being dispatched with the courier.
We can then either dispatch the correct item you wish to purchase or arrange a refund for you.
If your order has already been dispatched, then we would either request that you refuse the delivery, and the item will be sent back to us, or you can accept the delivery and return it to us at your own cost should you still decide it is unsuitable.
